Nevada Cannabis Insurance Program Updates
Rockall is now offering increased limits, General Liability, Cyber Liability, and HNOA to cannabis companies in Nevada.
Introducing changes to our Nevada Cannabis Insurance Program:
- Limits up to $5,000,000 are available for General Liability and Product Liability
- Defense costs up to $1,000,000 are outside of the limits for Product Liability
- Cyber Liability is available by endorsement
- Hired and Non-Owned Auto is available by endorsement
In 2016, Nevada became one of 8 states to legalize cannabis for recreational use effective January 1, 2017. Fiscal year 21 (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021) brought in $1,003,467,655 in taxable sales between adult-use and medical cannabis dispensaries.
